The Owen farm is a 200-acre farm located in Hopkinton, N.H. The available land consists of approximately 30 acres of pastureland and 170 acres of mixed forest, and approximately one acre of land is utilized for gardening. There is a small pond, a year round brook and several small intermittent streams. The farm buildings consist of a 200+-year-old colonial farmhouse and a 40’x 60’ barn. Additionally, there are several outbuildings that serve as a chicken coop, mechanics shop, carpentry/woodworking shop, portable sawmill, greenhouse and several small portable animal pens.
